A registered Canadian charity
which provides information, support and referral on infertility
and adoption to those who are having difficulty conceiving or carrying
a pregnancy to term to help them make informed choices about their
options. Seminars (live and on tape), support groups, newsletter,

stories, advocacy efforts and legislation.

The national infertility association provides education, advocacy
and support for men and women facing the crisis of infertility.
They provide medical call-in and member-to-member contact system.

The
Small Group Program
at Mind Body Medicine Canada teaches an extensive array of coping
skills to guide women and men searching out a healing path through
difficult times of stress, such as occurs in chronic medical conditions
and life-threatening illnesses, infertility, divorce, grieving
loved ones, job loss, injury and pain, and other life trials.

Meet in an informal setting where
information, hopes, concern and dreams are shared in a safe, supportive,
confidential atmosphere. This group meets every third Thursday
of every month 7-9pm at the Women’s Health Centre.

Yoga Centre Toronto
The center for Iyengar yoga offers
special practice classe for people with special medical concerns.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Clinic
St. Joseph's Health centre offers an 8 week course on Mindfulness
(Ohip covered). You need a referral from your Doctor and an information
session is provided to answer all your questions.

Meditation for Health
A medical program that teaches mindfulness based stress reduction
(MBSR) to patients with chronic, stress sensitive symptoms - especially
for symptoms no longer responding to more medical standard medical
treatments. Eight weekly, 3 hour group sessions and a six hour
week end session. Sign up fee $245 for materials not covered by
OHIP
